Transforming Conflict: Dealing with Difficult People in Your Congregation

Participants will take the Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument to learn how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics.
Mark Sundby is a licensed psychologist and an ordained pastor in the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church. Sundby received his doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Minnesota and his masters of divinity degree from the University of Chicago Divinity School. He has served in the local church, worked in university counseling centers, and taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
