Transforming Conflict: Dealing with Difficult People in Your Congregation

Every parish has them – individuals who challenge our personal and professional skills to the fullest. This online class will help participants identify, analyze, and manage difficult personalities and behaviors. Participants will take the Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument to learn how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics.
