My experience, especially the explanation of my responses to the four inventories required by the Synod of Lakes and Prairies, was affirming and very helpful in understanding myself at this time in my life. North Central Ministry Development Center’s part of the interview experience was worth every bit of the time and energy spent in applying for the position and attending the interviews, regardless of the outcome.
